Hi , in order to get eligible for NEET UG you just need to be minimum of 17 years of age on or before 31 december of the year of applying . Talking about marks you need to score a minimum of 50% which is an aggregate marks of physics chemistry and biology in 10+2 if you belong to unreserved category,45% for PWD and 40% for SC/ST/OBC. There is no upper age limit for NEET UG exam . So for NEET you need only your 10+2 marks and documents like
Neet admit card
Neet score card
10 class certificate for date of birth
Caste certificate of applicable
PWD certificate of applicable
Id proof
Provisional allotment letter
