EWS quota has been introduced first time so making prediction regarding cuttoff is hard..But very few seat has been reserved under this quota and large number of candidates belong to this category..So you won't get Soo much  benefit from EWS quota.But you can consider EWS QUOTA cuttoff is slightly less than General cuttoff score..
