predicting the cut off before NEET is illogical because it depends on variety of factors like difficulty of the question paper, marks of candidates etc . So many factors are involved . cut off varies every year

You can get to know the expected cutoff of any state by comparing the previous years cutoff. It can vary by +/- 5 marks depending on the difficulty of paper.

So it goes as follows -

OC - 374 marks (1115 state rank)
BC - 296 marks (2669 state rank)
SC - 193 marks (8804 state rank)
ST - 168 marks (12291 state rank)

The cut off required for admission varies each year due to various factors like the level of difficulty, competition, no of candidates, preferences of individual etc. Here is an analysis of the previous year trends which might help you figure out a rough range of marks required.
Here is a list of all government medical colleges in Tamil nadu and their cut off ranks and marks respectively  for the general category under the state quota for the previous year. Considering the previous year trends you would require marks atleast in this range for a fair chance of admission in a government medical college. Hence a score above 380 would be safe.
