The admissions to these colleges are done through your Score in NEET UG.
According to the rules of honourable supreme Court, no private college Is allowed to take donations.

If you get a seat a seat through counseling, you will only need to pay the fees and other expenses of the college but not donations.
On an average you many expect the fees to be around 10-12 lacs per annum.
