The fees vary in different colleges also it depends how much marks you have scored in ur exams. The cost is very high in private colleges also it depends in which college you want to study for eg Dr Dy patil medical college in Pune is 10,75,000/yr

MS RAMAIAH MEDICAL COLLEGE, BANGALORE is Rs.3,69,000/yr

I would rather suggest you not to go for private colleges rather you can go for BDS in government colleges of your state or if u are determined and focused then you should take a risk in drop attempt neet once again.
