20,000 seats increased and 8000 less candidates giving. So , 28000 more seats. Even if 7000 candidates near the cutoff are fighting fir one seat . Then the cutoff must be reduced by 4 , that is 96

no it cant be from 105 to 115 because last year paper is easy but cutoff is only 102 so it can be less then that think so
