Hope you are doing great ! You didn't mentioned any exam name but i am assuming jee mains .. if you get 45 Percentile here it didn't mean nothing ,your marks will be less than zero ,in negative . So why you asked this ?

But if you want to know your Percentile at 45 marks then it will be between 65-70 depend on difficulty level of your shift and paper .
