As of 2019, according to round one results of 2019, the maximum marks to get Omandurar Medical College BC category is 548 and the minimum marks is 522. But this can change over the years, it all depends on the level of NEET UG paper and the performance of the students a particular year. To be on the safe side for  an MBBS seat, minimum 550 marks is must and to be confirmed of an MBBS seat, you have to score above 600.
