It will depend on many factors. Suppose your exam was the toughest exam on that day in both of the shifts and you get 150 marks out of 300 in JEE Main, then certainly your percentile is high. Also, percentile depends on how you attempt questions in JEE. Let if you solve as many as questions and maximum questions you attempted are corrected, then your percentile is also high in that case. Percentile depends on total number of candidates as well. If you look on percentile of JEE Main 2019 when the total marks is 360, then according to that your percentile would be around 95.7.
