• the company in which they work
• most important is their experience

The salary of an architech goes on increasing with the experience. For freshers it is about 2,50,000 per year then after1 year experience it becomes around 3,00,000 per year and so n increses with your talent, creativity and experience. People also get more than 10,00,000 per year if they are good at their work.
