• Civil Procedure Code & Limitation Act
• Criminal Procedure Code, Juvenile Justice Act, 2000 & Probation of Offenders Act
• Interpretation of Statutes
• Public International Law & Human Rights

Semester X

• Alternate Dispute Resolution System
• Law of Evidence
• Papers 3 and 4 are optionals and  to be chosen from any two amongst: Banking Laws & Negotiable Instruments Act, Law of Insurance, Intellectual Property Law, Conflict of Laws, Law relating to Women & Children, Law & Medicine
