If you have already been alloted a seat in the upsee counseling and you do not want to take the admission then the fee paid during the counseling will not be refunded in any circumstamce. But if you have taken admission in any of the college which comes under upsee, you have to pay the fee for the current year otherwise your admission will get cancel. There is no provisional later payement scheme in any of the college. If you have more concern about it you can directly contact with yourcollege authorities to know more about it.
