what will happen if school name is wrong in jee advanced form? Should an individual use the same name while jossa counseling ? plzzz answer

Hello Aspirant,

No you should always use the correct name of your school, still it has nothing to do with the admission/counselling process but whatever data you are providing should be verified as per the documents to avoid any future complications.

So try not to make error in JEE-Advance application form.

Now the JEE-Advance dates are to be revised because JEE-Mains dates have been revised ad now JEE-Advance will be conducted in the month of August instead of July 3rd, 2022. Revised dates will be released soon on the official website.

You can register yourself from the official website given below after the application process starts :-

You can apply for JEE-Advance by following the given process :-

*** First of all you have to register yourself on the above given official site using your JEE-Main credentials.

*** Fill the required details and then proceed for uploading of documents.

*** Now upload the documents like class 10th certificate, class 12th marksheet and category certificate(if applicable).

*** Now proceed for payment of application fee for JEE-Advance 2022 which goes like :-


@Indian Nationals

  • Female Candidates (all categories) :- 1400
  • SC, ST, and PwD Candidates :- 1400
  • All Other Candidates :- 2800

@Foreign Nationals (including PIO/OCI)

  • Candidates Residing in SAARC Countries :- USD 75#
  • Candidates Residing in Non-SAARC Countries :- USD 150#

*** Now submit the application form and take final print of it for future purposes.
