In jee mains application form in column of school name there i have written original school name.will it create a problem?please repl

No, it won't create problem till your jee mains and advance examination, but after your result. As in counselling process documents are to be verified. Then the admission process proceed. So, don't panic about this, rather prepare your important documents for your exam(ex- your adhar card, photo, admit card etc.)
