With changing years and increasing competition, each year is going to be different. Ranks are what which will decide the chances much better than the marks. In 2017, 560+ was the cutoff for LLRM college, and in 2018 due to paper being tough, the cutoff came down to 545+ and this year with increased competition and paper being easy, the cutoff is obviously expected to rise, it can go around 560+. Anyways 530+ will ensure you a government medical college atleast. 

Wait for the ranks being displayed and then you can chase your luck and HARDWORK. All the best for your future.
