It's a bit difficult to estimate the NTSE Uttar Pradesh cutoff 2019 since the exam pattern has been changed this year. Last year, it was 121 out of 150. This year the total marks have ben increased to 200. Also, many other factors are taken into consideration while calculating the cutoff like difficulty level of the exam, number of candidates who appeared etc. The NTSE UP cutoff is expected to be released in the first week of February along with the result. The cut off to be selected for stage 2 of NTSE for Uttar Pradesh  in the previous year was 121 marks out of 150. The cut off varies each year due to various factors like level of paper, competition. The maximum marks this year is also 200 unlike the previous years. Considering this you seem to have fair chances for selection. Rest depends on the factors.
