Eamcet rank is not directly calculated with the marks you secured in Eamcet exam. Typically, Eamcet rank is calculated based on the 25% marks from IPE core subject that of having total 600 marks  and 75% from the Eamcet marks. So you score 50 marks,  75% of it can be calculated as 50/160 * 75=>  23.44 . Without knowing your IPE marks out of 600 it is difficult to predict your rank.
