I believe at a score of 168/200 in MHT CET 2020, you have fair chances in making it into the first 1000 Ranks in MHT CET.

Perhaps this year since many of the Top Cream students who qualified JEE Advanced/JEE Mains have already registered and accepted their seats in Top IITs, NITs and also BITS Pilani for instance, you wont face much competition and can easily secure a seat in one of COEP Pune, VJTI or ICT Mumbai, in a good branch.
