A sponsorship certificate is basically a self-certifying document which one has to issue to a tier 2 person when they want to include them in a business. It is a unique reference number unlike a certificate which will be issued once you submit all the documents online after your license has been set up. The sponsorship certificate once issued to the other person cannot be changed.
