To get admission in MBBS program, there are 3 entrances NEET, AIIMS, JIPMER so to get seat in colleges except AIIMS and JIPMER campuses you will have to crack NEET exam as all the seats in MBBS/BDS course will be filled through NEET only (except AIIMS and JIPMER campuses) and once you clear thse exams then you will have to apply for counseling separately.

Also, registration window to apply for NEET and AIIMS are still on so you can apply and if you talk about the fee structure then it varies college and university wise so you can name the college in which you are interested.
