The scope of Pharmacy is in areas of compounding and dispensing of medications, and it also includes more modern services related to health care, including clinical services, reviewing medications for safety and efficacy, and providing drug information.

While scope of biotechnology is in diverse sciences like immunology, virology and other subjects like health, agriculture, cell biology, plant physiology, seed technology, etc. A biotechnology graduate can be employed across several industries as biochemists, biophysicists or medical scientists.
