Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.

As we go through previous year's(2019) cut-off then it shows that in 2019 the closing rank was 12467 for S.C.B. Medical College, Cuttack under state quota for General category and we saw an increase of around 25-30 marks in institutional cut-offs in 2020. So if you are targeting for NEET 2021 then your aim should not be less than 615 out of 720 marks especially for S.C.B. Medical College, Cuttack.
