Considering you have tagged Microbiology, I'll assume that is what you've majored in. If you have done your Bachelors yet, you may go ahead with a Masters in Microbiology followed with a PhD. There is a lot of research potential in Microbiology.

However, if you are not interested in research, you may go ahead and appear for various government exams like Bank PO, UPSC etc which also has a good pay.
