Every college has different fees. There are a number of colleges in INDIA and they have different fee structure.  There are some private who have high fees, some government have low fee structure.  So there is wide difference in fee. As you have not mentioned any college. Let me take an example
For IIT Bombay fee was 1,10,879 for all branches. This changes every year by a small amount.
