NTA score is same as percentile. So your percentile score is 73.3. The expected overall rank with the given percentile is expected to be around 15000. With such score it is not possible to get seat in NITs/SPAs/IIITs considering the previous year cut off. You need to score minimum 95 percentile or above in JEE Main Paper 2.

The cut off may increase or decrease depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
