There is no any main difference between BBA Shipping and BBA in Shipping and Logistics, only there is difference in syllabus.

Shipping is constituent of Logistics like inventory, purchase, freight, etc.

So if you are going for BBA in Shipping and Logistics instead of BBA in Shipping than you are going to learn so many things more than shipping.
