If you are able to secure a government college through NEET then your college fee would be within 30k per year.Overall you can take less than 3-4 lakhs for all expenses.

But if you are talking for private institution the fee ranges from 30 lakhs to 1 crore.

As you have score 558 marks you'll definitely get state government colleges of your home state.You must apply for state counselling .
