Dear aspirant,

The minimum percentile to get a seat in nit for st category student will be 85% percentile to 88 percentile as this will be on safer side to get a seat .But every the cut offs vary by 2-3 percentile and if you go for csab rounds you may be get a seat in lower percentile also.
