Hello Dear,

Byju’s is an Indian educational technology and online tutoring firm founded in 2011 It is a leading market player with highest market share in India's growing EdTech space.First of all you have to apply for the job of Educator on their website/LinkedIn profile if your CV got shortlisted then for the standard teaching profile, they usually conduct a skype interview for candidates with less than 2 years of experience, followed by a face-to-face interview. The interview would mostly be a test of the candidate’s subject familiarity, conceptual depth and some ability to teach.

For more experienced Educator, there would directly a face-to-face interview. This would resemble a more common classroom-demo type of interview. The candidate would be asked to teach any topic of his liking and will be judged on the clarity and speaking ability. There would be more questions related to the topic and may also include other questions from the chosen subject.

Hope it helps !

Good Luck
