It's depending on the college which college you choose, that is IIT, NIT and private or state level college 

Almost all IIT college fee is equal approximately in IIT if you are from general category so you have to pay 2-2.2akh per year fee where it includes semester tuition fee ,mess, hostel etc and if you choose upper private college such as BITS PILANI so pilani has 1.5lakh only one semester fee so it will be so costy if you are not from rich family. 

So it depends on college   what will be the fee structure of college per year!
