The undergraduate entrance exam of Allahabad University is called UGAT (Undergraduate Admission Test). The UET test you are talking about is the entrance test of Benaras Hindu university. 

Also Allahabad University does not offer an honours in BA, rather it provides a regular BA course with annual examination pattern. I myself am a student of BA-II in this university. 

The forms usually have no strict dates so you need to keep an eye on the official website www.allduniv.ac.in Though it is expected that the forms will be out in the second or third week of April. 

Also keep in mind the syllabus of the UGAT which will be released with the exam notification. It usually comprises of General Studies, reasoning, and English. You need to score at least above 120 in case you are general candidate to secure a good seat with a good subject combination.
