EWS or in other words known as Economic Weaker Sections are a special reservation category which falls under the General Category itself, but have a special 10 percentage of seats for its students. It plays a very important role in determining the seat matrix among candidates of different categories in similar ranges, and hence it is necessary to know your category.

You will get to choose the EWS option while choosing the Category option, in which you have to just select your Category applied as GEN-EWS.
