Seeing the ongoing pendamic schools and colleges were closed to insure safety for students. However situation is still not normal in Maharashtra and I think it will still take a month or two. Their is no such notification regarding opening of colleges from Maharashtra government so it's not decided yet. Maharashtra has High cases of covid and it will take long time for things to be normal or undercontrol.
