Basically colleges start during month of July-August in every session.

But, as the corona pandemic occurred, most of the courses have been continued online.

I think this time, they will get again from agust 2021.

But for better reach, you can ask the college administrators, as they will provide you the exact details for your course of B.A. or B.Ed.

You forgot to name the college for me to answer your question. One thing you can do is search through the official site of the college or contact through the phone numbers.

Secondly as admission process is still going on in some colleges it might take some time to properly open the college. So confirm with the college lecturers and officials to guide on the same.
