Hello Pavithra ,

According to unlock 4.0 guidelines of Andhra pradesh Government or private Colleges for intermediate  re-open from today in Andhra Pradesh but it's not mandatory attend college  its your wish you can continue with online classes  . If you want to attend the college to clear doubts you have to submit a letter from your parents to college.  Minimum 50% college staff attend college and clear students doubts .

Generally , they give permission from today i think your private college will announce date then you if you want to visit (it's not compulsory) and clear your doubts .

I think this answer will help you .

All the best !!!!
