Hi Aashif

I am assuming that this application is for JEE Main 2019 exam. In this case, I will suggest you to write a mail to the authorities of NTA at jeemain-nta@nic.in mentioning the same concern to them. Attach your JEE Main 2019 application form confirmation page along with the mail.
