There is a link present in the jee mains website to"Remove disperency in the uploaded image" .You can go to that link and login there and if there is any problem in your photograph then you can edit it as well.If still not working,then wait for some time and in first week of january make the correction in the photo.You can contact them on their helpline numbers.
