Hope you are doing great. As per your question, the round 2 counselling for Karnataka NEET UG is not yet started or the dates were announced by the authorities. They are going to be released soon. However, the round 1 counselling was started on 29 January 2022, and whereas the results were declared on 7 February 2022.

No any notification has been released yet by KEA Bangalore regarding NEET UG counselling for Round 2nd for state quota seats so at this point of time it is quite difficult to tell you about the exact dates for round 2nd.
