This depends on your university or college. Some colleges offer internships at the end of MBBS and some colleges offer internship in the middle of the MBBS degree. So, if you have done internship in the middle of MBBS going on, then you may get internship certificate with the final MBBS degree if your college has organised it for. And in case of MBBS degree, you may not get degree before internship as internship is a crucial part of syllabus of MBBS. Mostly, it depends on your college, every college has some set of rules and regulations. I would suggest you to enquire from your college or university itself.
