As per your question, when you will fill and register in the counselling of JOSAA at that time they will ask for a document if you belong from the reserved category or even from general EWS. So you can attach your EWS certificate with your document at the time of registration in JOSAA counselling.

As JOSAA will start it's counselling from 6th of October. So at that time you may apply and kindly go through the JOSAA officials for more updates.
