It depends upon different states. Whenever a board completes it's 11th class final examinations, and 12th class studies begin, coaching classes also start teaching class 12th syllabus at that time. There may be a variation in different state boards conducting class 11th examinations at different times of the year. Thus, class 12th starts accordingly. Hope this helps.
