Almost every student has this question about when are the colleges opening, but its totally the decision of government which will further depend on the number of cases and the current pandemic situation.

More than a year has passed since the Tamil Nadu colleges and universities are shut, owing to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Now that, the Covid-19 positive cases seem to be gradually going down, the TN government is planning to see the possibilities to resume the physical classes in the colleges and universities and open college for freshers.

The government will decide on reopening the colleges in Tamil Nadu after reviewing the Covid-19 situation around the state.

The India Today quoted chief minister, MK Stalin as saying, 'We will take a call on this only after reviewing the situation across the state after witnessing how relaxation will play out. Social distance will be strictly followed.'
