Yes, of course, it is a genuine site. Haven't you seen the mark on the top of the page? Redirecting pages does not always mean it is a fake site or there is a virus. Redirecting is done on purpose and it can happen for several reasons.

There's no need to worried about that just follow the guidelines and fill up the form there.
