Dear aspirant,

If you have downloaded your edited application page and as you have mentioned that you had seen your photo and signature in your form then you need not worry about anything ,you have successfully submitted your application.

It was showing no file chosen because you have already saved one of your photo and signature. It is just the format.

Dear student,
You need not worry. Your application form consists of both photograph and signature as you saw in the confirmation page. Where you saw that no file is chosen, that meant that no new photograph or signature was added to the application form for the correction purpose. As your final application form consists jf both image and signature, you need not worry about anything else.
