There might be some server problem or some mistake. Better to close down every tab and window. Do a reboot of the system. Make a new start and make login and enter number correctly. Check if you are getting the page or not.
If you are getting it again then you must contact to the board as soon as possible and describe the problem you are facing. There are officials who will solve your problem and make your work done.
So give it a try and check if it is getting done or not else contact to the board.
