Hello Sunny,
Among the three colleges, Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research, Kolkata has been ranked highest by Careers360. Ranking for Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research is 14.
Also, You will have to score good marks in the NEET UG exam for admission to IPGMER.
