Hello Trendy,

There is a chance that you will be disqualified. However, you are encouraged to check for these things:

If there is an extension date which allows you to correct form submission mistakes.

If there is a helpline mail ID/phone number where you can state your problem to MC authorities, and they will help you.

I have submitted the form for mithibai and also paid the fees after that I get to know that I have mistakenly put the wrong information will I be able to edit the form ?
