UGC NET (University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test) is an entrance test conducted twice a year in order to choose eligible candidates for the post of Assistant Professor for colleges/university level lectureship and for Junior Research Fellowship.

UGC NET will be conducted by NTA ( National testing Agency). Candidates who hold a Master's degree or equivalent degree from a recognised UGC university with a minimum of 55% marks can apply for UGC NET.

  • The test will consist of 2 papers. It is a computer-based test.
  • The total marks is 300.
  • Paper 1 will have 50 MCQs.
  • Paper 2 will have 100 MCQs.
  • Each question carries 2 marks. There is no negative marking.

The syllabus for UGC NET Forensic Science has been updated since June 2019.

National test agency conducted net exam twice every year for the post of assistant professor and junior research fellowship which is popularly known as jrf.no official notification has been released yet but most probably notification come in march april and exam is going to be held in june.syllabus for forensic science is given below in the link you can check.
