Stray Vacancy is the round of Counseling which deals with seats left vacant or remaining unfiled still after a mop-up round of MCC or state counseling and Then this round conducted by colleges to fill the left seat. The Choices exercised by candidates in Mop Up Round will be considered for allotment of seats for Stray Vacancy Round. The Eligible candidates who are not holding any seat can only participate in Online Stray Vacancy Round.
