Hey Soundary! The Indian Council of Agriculture Research (ICAR) has started the online counselling at its official website i.e. icar.org.in. The last date of choice filling was July 30, 2019. Candidates will be allotted seats based on their filled choices. The result for second round of counselling was scheduled for 8th August. You can visit the official website for updates.
